PBS，即磷酸盐缓冲液，含有1.06 mM KH2PO4，155.17 mM NaCl，2.97 mM Na2HPO4，pH值为7.4。可广泛应用于细胞洗涤、组织细胞分离、细胞计数、抗体及细胞因子稀释等。本品不含有Ca2+、Mg2+和酚红，经过滤除菌，可直接使用。
