产品详情介绍

本产品含热启动的TransTaq® HiFi DNA Polymerase,dNTPs和优化的反应缓冲液,浓度为2×。DNA扩增时,只需加入模板、引物和水,使SuperMix溶液的浓度为即可进行反应。扩增产物3'端带“A”碱基,可直接克隆于pEASY®-T载体中。TransTaq HiFi PCR SuperMix I 适用于基因组DNA的扩增 (≤ 15 kb)。
• 减少PCR扩增操作时间。
• 避免因多步操作带来的污染。
• 保真性是Easy
Taq® DNA Polymerase的18倍。
