本产品含有反转录反应所需的全部试剂(TransScript® RT, RNase Inhibitor, Anchored Oligo(dT)18 Primer,Random Primer(N9), dNTPs, Buffer)，浓度为5×。反应时，只需加入模板RNA和水即可高效合成第一链cDNA。操作简便，降低操作过程中的污染机率。cDNA 用于常规PCR，不推荐用于qPCR。
