本产品含有反转录反应所需的全部试剂(EasyScript® RT, RNase Inhibitor, Anchored Oligo(dT)18 Primer, Random Primer(N9), dNTPs, Buffer)，浓度为5×。反应时，只需加入gDNA Remover、模板RNA和水即可高效地合成第一链cDNA，同时去除RNA模板中残留的基因组DNA。另配有5×EasyScript® All-in-One No-RT Control SuperMix for qPCR，用于配制无反转录酶的对照，判断qPCR模板是否来自cDNA。该产品操作简便，降低操作过程中的污染机率。cDNA只适用于qPCR，不适用于常规PCR。
