本产品含双封闭法TransStart® Taq新型热启动酶、优化的双阳离子缓冲液、SYBR Green I 荧光染料、dATP、dUTP、dCTP、 dGTP、 PCR增强剂、PCR稳定剂、UDG (Uracil-DNA Glycosylase)。本产品浓度为2×，使用时只需加入模板、引物、Passive Reference Dye(根据qPCR仪选择)和水，使其工作浓度为1×，即可进行反应。
