ProteinIso® Ni-NTA Resin是螯合金属Ni2+而形成的一种亲和层析介质。NTA能够通过四个位点牢固地螯合Ni2+,从而减少纯化过程中Ni2+泄漏到蛋白样品中。本产品对His标签蛋白具有特异吸附能力,从而使His标签蛋白结合在Ni-NTA纯化介质上,未结合的蛋白被洗涤下去。结合在介质上的蛋白经过一定浓度的咪唑或者pH低缓冲液温和洗脱下来,从而得到高纯度的目的蛋白。本产品具有吸附容量大、选择性好、通透性强、易于再生等优点,适用于在非变性或变性条件下纯化任何表达系统表达的His标签重组蛋白。
