TransScript® II Multiplex Probe One-Step qRT-PCR SuperMix UDG是具有高灵敏度、高合成效率和高扩增效率的一步法qRT-PCR试剂盒。本试剂盒以RNA为模板，反向基因特异引物为反转录引物合成第一链cDNA；然后以合成的cDNA为模板，用正向、反向基因特异引物及荧光探针进行qPCR，在同一反应体系中一步完成从反转录到qPCR的全部反应。经过特殊优化， 本试剂盒具有高度的扩增均一性，可以有效完成多重一步法qRT-PCR。此外，本试剂盒引入了dUTP/UDG系统，可在反转录前降解含U的ssDNA和dsDNA，消除由PCR产物导致的交叉污染。
高灵敏度、高扩增效率
以梯度稀释(5×106 copies/mL-5×102 copies/mL，10倍稀释)的新冠病毒体外转录RNA标准品和恒定浓度 Hela细胞总 RNA混合物为模板，使用TransGen产品扩增ORF1a、N及RNase P基因(内标基因)。结果表明，TransGen产品具有高的扩增效率及灵敏度。
稳定性强
不同保存条件处理后，TransGen产品性能不受影响，仍可稳定扩增。
