本产品以健康胎牛血液为原料加工而成,经3次0.1 μm微孔滤膜过滤,无支原体污染,不含BVDV、BPV等牛源病毒,内毒素水平低,适用于各种传代细胞、肿瘤细胞的培养,是一款通用性强的经济型胎牛血清。

产品性能

细胞培养
配制含有 10% RQ血清的生长培养基,培养不同类型的细胞,对其进行传代,在显微镜下观察每一代细胞的形态。

TransSerum® RQ血清培养细胞的下游实验
用TransIntro® EL Transfection Reagent (FT201) 在不同的转染方式下,对不同细胞转染pLVX-mcherry质粒,培养48 h 后,观察红色荧光,结果表明:血清的有无对下游细胞转染实验基本没有影响。
