TransDetect® Dual-Luc Pro Luciferase Reporter Assay Kit是一款高灵敏度、无刺激性气味、荧光信号非常稳定、均质的双荧光报告基因检测试剂盒。本试剂盒中含有高纯度的萤火虫荧光素和腔肠素，在同一个样品中先以萤火虫荧光素为底物检测萤火虫荧光素酶，然后淬灭其信号，同时以腔肠素为底物检测海肾荧光素酶的发光信号，实现双荧光素酶报告基因检测。相比于闪光型TransDetect® Double-Luciferase Reporter Assay Kit（FR201），本产品检测无需去除培养液，只需要加样-读值，操作更简便，且发光为辉光型，信号更稳定。
