TransLvTM Lentivirus qPCR Titration Kit提供了一种利用qPCR方法检测慢病毒转导细胞中整合的前病毒序列拷贝数的方法。该方法简单快速、灵敏高效,兼容第二代和第三代HIV-1慢病毒包装载体。慢病毒包装后转导易感细胞 (如HT1080,HEK-293T等),提取慢病毒转导细胞基因组,进行qPCR反应,通过标准曲线Ct值计算整合的前病毒拷贝数,进而得到确定的慢病毒滴度。


以梯度稀释的标准品为模板进行扩增得到标准曲线,结果显示,TransGen产品扩增效率高,线性关系好。
