产品详情介绍

EasyTaq® PCR SuperMix (-dye)包含EasyTaq® DNA Polymerase、dNTPs和优化的反应缓冲液,浓度为2×。DNA扩增时,只需加入模板、引物和水,使SuperMix溶液的浓度为1×即可进行反应。扩增产物3' 端带“A”碱基,2×EasyTaq® PCR SuperMix (-dye) 扩增产物可直接克隆于pEASY®-T系列载体中;2×EasyTaq® PCR SuperMix (+dye) 扩增产物可直接点样电泳,如用于克隆,需纯化去掉染料。其PCR产物不适用于聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳。
• 减少PCR扩增操作时间。
• 避免因多步操作带来的污染。
• 基因组DNA片段的扩增 (≤4 kb)。
