本产品以miRNA为模板，在同一反应体系中用TransScript® miRNA RT Enzyme Mix（包含加尾酶和反转录酶）、2×TS miRNA Reaction Mix一步完成高效加尾和合成第一链cDNA，操作简便，适用于Total RNA或small RNA等包含miRNA的样品的反转录，且反转录过程中其它形式的RNA，如mRNA、snRNA等也可被反转录为cDNA。

产品稳定性
使用不同批次产品分别以从人血浆中提取的miRNA 为模板，进行qRT-PCR检测，根据Cq值变化判断该产品批次间的稳定性。
