本试剂盒利用独特的磁珠与缓冲液系统，特异地吸附RNA，纯化去除rRNA的RNA产物，经DNase I处理的RNA产物，纯化体外转录产物、RNA标记产物和合成RNA等。操作简便、快速。纯化的RNA适用于RNA文库构建、RT-PCR、qRT-PCR、芯片分析、Northern Blot和RNAi等实验。
