本产品适用于从细胞、组织、新鲜血液、外泌体中提取miRNA和Total RNA，裂解样品后，加入RNA Extraction Agent，溶液分为无色水相和粉红色有机相，RNA 在水相。通过调整加入水相中无水乙醇的用量，使RNA离心柱特异地吸附大分子量RNA(28S rRNA, 18S rRNA, mRNA)后，将流出液 (包含小于200 nt 的RNA, 如miRNA, siRNA, shRNA, snRNA 等) 再经miRNA离心柱特异地吸附纯化得到的miRNA；通过调整加入水相中无水乙醇的用量，使RNA离心柱吸附所有RNA (包含小于200 nt 的RNA, 如miRNA, siRNA, shRNA, snRNA 等)。本产品裂解能力强、提取量高、应用范围广。
