本产品包含PerfectStart® Taq 热启动酶 (利用3种单克隆抗体与Taq DNA Polymerase高效结合，有效地封闭了DNA聚合酶活性，阻止了低温下的非特异性扩增)、优化的双阳离子缓冲液、SYBR Green I 荧光染料、dNTPs、PCR增强剂、PCR稳定剂和Universal Passive Reference Dye。本产品浓度为2×，使用时只需加入模板、引物和水，使其工作浓度为1×，即可进行反应。
扩增曲线形态优
使用 TransGen、Company Y、 Company B、Company V、Company T 产品进行基因扩增。结果表明，TransGen 荧光强度强，扩增平台值较高，扩增曲线形态优。
适用于多种物种
以烟草、小麦、拟南芥、水稻、小鼠和人的cDNA为模板，使用TransGen和Company V产品进行基因扩增，结果表明，TransGen产品可扩增多种物种的基因，扩增效率更高。
