本产品包含全封闭法TransStart® TipTaq新型热启动酶( 利用三种蛋白封闭模板和引物,利用特殊的化学物质和DNA聚合酶结合,封闭DNA聚合酶活性 )、优化的双阳离子缓冲液、EvaGreen 荧光染料、dNTPs、PCR增强剂、PCR稳定剂。本产品浓度为2×,使用时只需加入模板、引物、Passive Reference Dye ( 根据qPCR仪选择 ) 和水,使其工作浓度为1×,即可进行反应。
