ProteinIso® GST Resin是一种以谷胱甘肽为配基、琼脂糖为基质的亲和层析介质,可以高效、特异性地吸附带有谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST)标签的融合蛋白,并可以在温和、非变性条件下用还原型谷胱甘肽洗脱,在纯化过程中保持了蛋白的抗原活性和功能。可用于纯化GST标签蛋白和谷胱甘肽S-转移酶或谷胱甘肽依赖性蛋白。
