本试剂盒采用独特的裂解液迅速裂解动物细胞，同时灭活细胞内源RNase，并为RNA与硅胶膜的结合提供特异、高效的环境。本产品无苯酚、氯仿，可快速（＜7分钟）完成1-6×106动物细胞RNA的提取。提取的总RNA纯度高，可用于RT-PCR、qRT-PCR、芯片分析、Northern Blot、NGS等实验。
