产品详情介绍
该载体通过自杀基因表达与否筛选阳性重组子。当载体与片段连接成功时，自杀基因无法正确表达，包含重组子的细胞可以正常生长；当载体与片段连接不成功时，自杀基因正确表达，包含载体的细胞无法生长，即“Zero”背景。本产品使用独特的载体制备工艺，可以兼容TA克隆与平末端克隆。
