本产品由8种预染蛋白质组成，分子量范围为14 kDa－120 kDa。其中50 kDa和120 kDa为橙色条带，25 kDa、30 kDa、40 kDa、70 kDa、100 kDa为蓝色条带，14 kDa为亮黄色条带，可以动态观察蛋白质电泳状态及清晰地判断蛋白转膜效果。经SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳后转移到PVDF或NC膜上可见清晰的彩色条带。橙色条带和亮黄色条带可以方便地判断转膜的方向。
