产品详情介绍

该载体通过自杀基因表达与否筛选阳性重组子。当载体与片段连接成功时,自杀基因无法正确表达,包含重组子的细胞可以正常生长;当载体与片段连接不成功时,自杀基因正确表达,包含载体的细胞无法生长,即“Zero”背景。适用于TA克隆。
