pEASY®-Blunt Simple Cloning Vector消除了pEASY®-Blunt Cloning Vector上的多克隆位点,克隆后的PCR产物无法使用pEASY®-Blunt Cloning Vector上多克隆位点的限制性内切酶切下。包含LacZ基因,在含有IPTG和X-gal的平板培养基上,可进行蓝白斑筛选, 适用于平端克隆。
