HRP(辣根过氧化物酶)可催化ECL等化学发光试剂产生化学反应发光，或催化DAB、TMB等底物显色。HRP标记山羊抗小鼠IgG (H+L)抗体为高纯度的小鼠抗体，可特异识别小鼠IgG重链和轻链，而对其它种属IgG无明显交叉反应，具有本底低、灵敏度高等特点，适用于Western Blot、ELISA等检测。
