Actin（肌动蛋白）是细胞骨架的重要组成部分，广泛存在于各种哺乳动物细胞中，其中β-actin蛋白表达水平相对稳定，常被用于Western Blot的系统内参。抗β-Actin鼠单克隆抗体为高纯度的小鼠单克隆抗体，属IgG1同型，免疫原为人工合成的β-Actin多肽序列 ( (Ac) DDDIAALVC)。该抗体可识别人、小鼠、兔等种属来源的β-actin蛋白。
