本产品由11种预染蛋白质组成，分子量范围为10 kDa-190 kDa。其中70 kDa为橙色条带，10 kDa、15 kDa、26 kDa、33 kDa、43 kDa、55 kDa、95 kDa、140 kDa、190 kDa为蓝色条带，20 kDa为绿色条带，可以动态观察蛋白质电泳状态及清晰地判断蛋白转膜效果。经SDS-PAGE电泳后转移到PVDF或NC膜上可见清晰的彩色条带。橙色条带和绿色条带可以方便地判断转膜的方向。
