本试剂盒采用独特的裂解缓冲液裂解组织 (新鲜、冻存组织)，所得裂解物无需纯化即可作为模板，用抗抑制的2×TransDirect® PCR SuperMix Ⅱ (+dye)进行扩增。扩增产物可直接上样电泳。AD3 Buffer建议分装使用。
