PerfectStart® Uni RT&qPCR Kit是具有高效合成效率和高扩增效率的两步法荧光定量PCR试剂盒。在同一反应体系中，用5×All-in-One Reaction Mix for qPCR和TransScript® Uni All-in-One Enzyme Mix在42℃-65℃条件下，高效地将RNA 合成第一链cDNA，同时去除基因组DNA；另配有20×No RT Control Mix，用于配制无反转录酶的对照，判断qPCR模板是否来自cDNA。qPCR使用PerfectStart® Green qPCR SuperMix扩增。
