TransScript® IV Reverse Transcriptase 是经基因改造后在大肠杆菌中表达纯化得到的M-MLV高温反转录酶，具有宽广的反应温度 (42℃-65℃) 和超高的热稳定性，以及较强的抗抑制能力，无RNase H活性。该酶可在42℃-65℃(高温有利于打开RNA二级结构)条件下合成第一链cDNA，最佳反应温度50℃，具有抗抑制能力强、反应速度快、灵敏度高、特异性高、聚合能力强(较多的全长cDNA)、热稳定性高和半衰期长的特点。
