PlantZol采用改良的CTAB法裂解植物组织,在样品的裂解过程中,PlantZol可保持基因组DNA完整性。加入酚-氯仿后,溶液分为水相,中间层和有机相,基因组DNA在水相,用异丙醇沉淀基因组DNA。PlantZol与其它植物基因组DNA提取试剂相比,裂解能力强,提取速度快,除普通植物材料外,也适用于从富含多糖、多酚植物中提取DNA。提取的DNA适用于酶切、PCR、文库构建、Southern Blot等实验。
