TransTaq® DNA Polymerase High Fidelity (TransTaq® HiFi DNA Polymerase)是以TransTaq®-T DNA Polymerase为主的复合酶。TransTaq® HiFi DNA Polymerase具有5'→3' DNA聚合酶活性,5'→3'外切酶活性和3'→5'外切酶活性。不同模板使用不同Buffer实现高效扩增。TransTaq® HiFi Buffer I 适用于基因组DNA的扩增。TransTaq® HiFi Buffer II 适用于 λDNA,cDNA和Plasmid DNA的扩增。
• 保真性是EasyTaq® DNA Polymerase 的18倍。
• 延伸速度为1-2 kb/min。
• 扩增产物3' 端带"A"碱基,可直接克隆于pEASY®-T载体中。
• 基因组DNA片段的扩增 (≤15 kb)。
