本产品包含全封闭法TransStart® TipTaq新型热启动酶 ( 利用三种蛋白封闭模板和引物，利用特殊的化学物质和DNA聚合酶结合，封闭DNA聚合酶活性 )、优化的双阳离子缓冲液、EvaGreen荧光染料、dNTPs、PCR增强剂、PCR稳定剂和Passive Reference Dye I / II。本产品浓度为2×，使用时只需加入模板、引物和水，使其工作浓度为1×，即可进行反应。
