TransScript® One-Step RT-PCR SuperMix是具有高效合成能力和高扩增效率的一步法RT-PCR试剂盒。本试剂盒以RNA模板，反向基因特异引物为反转录引物合成cDNA；然后以合成的cDNA为模板，正向、反向基因特异引物进行PCR，在同一个反应管中，同一反应体系中一步完成从反转录到PCR的全部反应。扩增产物可直接点样电泳。
