TransNGS® DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina®是针对Illumina高通量测序平台开发的，适用于将1 ng-1 μg片段化的dsDNA高效快速地构建为测序文库试剂盒。本试剂盒的样本可为超声打碎的基因组DNA、酶切产物、核酸扩增产物、免疫共沉淀DNA (ChIP DNA)、石蜡切片DNA (FFPE DNA)等片段化的dsDNA，并可结合外显子或其它靶向捕获试剂(包括Agilent SureSelect®和Roche NimbleGen SeqCap® EZ系列)进行外显子测序或靶向捕获测序。
