本产品以健康胎牛血液为原料加工而成,经3次0.1 μm微孔滤膜过滤,无支原体污染,不含BVDV、BPV等牛源病毒,内毒素水平极低。培养细胞种类多,细胞生长速度快,状态好,适用于间充质干细胞的培养。培养的细胞适用于多种下游实验。

通过免疫荧光抗体法检测TransGen FQ血清中的病毒残留,结果如下:

支原体检测

使用全式金支原体检测试剂盒 TransDetect® PCR Mycoplasma Detection Kit (FM311)对Company B和TransGen FQ血清进行检测,结果表明,Company B 和TransGen FQ血清均无支原体污染。
