本产品由重组BamHI基因的载体,在大肠杆菌中经诱导表达、纯化而成。其分子量大小为27.5 kDa,识别位点为:G^GATCC。反应温度为37℃,热失活条件为80℃加热20分钟。对dam,dcm和哺乳动物DNA的CpG甲基化不敏感。
