产品详情介绍

本产品含有反转录反应所需的全部试剂(TransScript® RT, RNase Inhibitor, Anchored Oligo(dT)18 Primer, Random Primer(N9), dNTPs, Buffer),浓度为5×。反应时,只需加入gDNA Remover、模板RNA和水即可高效地合成第一链cDNA,同时去除RNA模板中残留的基因组DNA。另配有5×TransScript® All-in-One No-RT Control SuperMix for qPCR,用于配制无反转录酶的对照,判断qPCR模板是否来自cDNA。该产品操作简便,降低操作过程中的污染机率。cDNA只适用于qPCR,不适用于常规PCR。
